We collect your email address, hashed password, subscription plan, and usage metrics (message counts, knowledge-base size, API call timestamps). We do not store chat message histories beyond the session.
Documents you upload to the knowledge-base are stored and indexed to answer user queries. You may delete them at any time via the dashboard API.
Chat messages are processed transiently via our AI routing layer and not permanently stored. LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) process messages per their own data policies.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic and/or OpenAI for AI inference, and Cloudflare for CDN/security. Each has their own privacy policy.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We will fulfill requests within 30 days.
