Empire Chatbot provides embeddable AI chat widget infrastructure for businesses. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for your tenant API key and all usage under it. Report suspected key compromise immediately.
You may not use Empire Chatbot to distribute spam, malware, illegal content, or misleading information. You may not scrape or reverse-engineer the API beyond normal API usage.
You retain ownership of your knowledge-base content. We own all rights to the chat platform, AI routing, and underlying infrastructure.
Chat messages are processed transiently to generate responses. Knowledge-base documents are stored and indexed. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods.
The service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
